Access Violation

Whenever I try to run the scan, it will get a little past halfway and then an error will pop up saying "Access violation at address 00502A38 in module 'DeviceDoctor.exe'. Read of address 00000000." I've re installed and it keeps doing it. The first time I installed it, it said the same thing but the address was 00502A34, if that helps.

Is my pc just not compatible? I have windows 7 64 bit with an msi motherboard and an Intel 5300 for the processor.

Access violation errors are often due to a conflict with other software. Please try to check your antivirus and other security applications, whether Device Doctor is not limited in some rights - ideally it shall have full rights assigned.
