Access Violation

Downloaded this program yesterday and did a complete scan. All ok. downloaded those updates and went on to continue the update scan today and the message( Access Violation 00502A38 Module Device Doctor .exe.Read of address 00000000) after about about 75% done.an you help?

You can try to restart the system and scan again. It might also help if all other programs are closed during scan, and perhaps even if you handle the DeviceDoctor rights in your antivirus or other security software (eg. make it "trusted application" or something to that extent, wording differs with each such software).
