Basic problem - doesn't download
I have downloaded the basic version, donated $12 and scanned. All that happens when I attempt to download new drivers is I get in a loop I can't get out of prompting me to purchase the Pro version. No way. I feel scammed and the freeware version does not work.

Thank you for the donation. If you have Device Doctor, yes it has "Upgrade to Device Doctor Pro" button, but next to it there is "Download driver" button that you can use to download the driver selected.
Once you select driver and click download button, your browser will be launched and download page opened. If it doesn't launch, please grant Device Doctor full system rights in your security software as it's blocking it from launching the web browser. (Also we had as short-term issue with website over weekend when it was not working, if that might have been part of the problem.) |

I have upgraded to the Pro version - however I need to re-nstall and there does not seem to be a route that allows - how to?

Installation instructions are in the confirmation email sent - please check your bulk mail folders in case you didn't receive it. Installation file can be downloaded from http://devicedoctor.com/download/DeviceDoctorPro.exe and license key entered after you install.
