Customer Support - Billing
:s

As a brand new install of your upgraded version, I have contacted customer support twice over the past few days to no avail - I have had serious issues, and no one has responded - please refund my monies immediately - I am unable to use your system - I tried on both my laptop and desktop with Vista OS, and there are several error messages.

I have literally zero time to work on any troubleshooting - I work 2 jobs at over 70 + hours each week, and barely have enough time to sleep let alone figure all of these various issues out.......I am one of those professionally unemployed folks that you hear about on tv everyday and this is just one more issue that I don't have time to fiddle with.

Your idea is great -there must be something with my systems I am assuming.....please reimburse me - thank you very much.

I bought the Device Doctor 2 today and ran a scan. 11 results , 8 of them redundant, 2 offered 32 bit solutions for my W7 64 bit issues and my USB host controllers were not addressed. Am I missing something or is this product just a spider trying to find the best match. I spent $39.95 and got an extracting device....I am not happy

Redundant in terms of error message about having same or more recent version of drivers on your computer already?

As for 32bit problem, was there an error message that you are trying to install 32bit drivers on 64bit system, or something else?

Please let me know the brand and model of your computer and some details about the issues (ie. name of the device, error messages if any,...)

If so you probably already have the latest driver available.
What for a problem do you have with USB host controllers, do you receive some error message?
