Dell Dimension 3100 ialmrnt5.dll problems
Hi, I was playing WoW recently and I turned up the video settings and ever since I've been having an ialmrnt5.dll problem. I haven't tried this yet but is Device Doctor going to repair this file for me??

Maybe, that depends on a lot of factors including what exactly your ialmrnt5.dll problems are, the only way to find out is to install Device Doctor and run it.
