Device Doctor gives old drivers
I have used Device Doctor for the first time on my Windows 7 32bit system.
It came up with 3 driver Downloads: SDI Device, MemoryStick0 device, both as: Cardreader_T1_1.22.000.W7x86.azip. This does not install Standard PS/2 Keyboard, MMKbd-1020_Japan.exe (version 1.0.2.0) This turned out to be a HP Japanese Windows XP System driver that I canceled the install for. Texas Instruments PCIx12 Integrated Flash Media Controller: Cardreader _T1_2.0.0.10_W7_64W7&x86_azip, this is an older version to the one I already have ie. 2.0.0.20. So the recommended version 2.0.0.10 from Device Doctor was three versions behind the one I already have. Just like any device driver updates that Microsoft Update indicates you need to look at driver versions you already have |
