Emplty Zip File

Downloaded "Lan_Realtek_7.6.820.2009_W7x64W7x86_A.zip" (name given to the file by Device Doctor for the Realtek PCle FE Family Controller driver on my system). Unzipped the file into a folder, but when I tried to update my driver, I discovered that the downloaded zip file was empty. Downloaded it a second time, but it was still empty.
