Hi John, thank you for detailed report, it will be helpful for developers.
In the meantime the alternative to the files offered by Device Doctor is to download the appropriate file directly from the website of the manufacturer.

How do i identify the files needed and how do i find the correct sites?

If i knew how to do what is suggested i would not need your program.

Hi John, Thomas was suggesting an alternative to using Device Doctor which doesn't seem to work for you. The best way to find the right drivers is to look-up manufacturer name and model information directly from your hardware (which may require opening the computer).

Keep in mind that matching drivers is not a 100% exact science and we are constantly improving the database and the matching algorithms.
