HP Deskjet 712C printer driver for Windows 7

I would like to know if Device Doctor could find a Windows 7 driver for
my HP Deskjet 712C printer. I don't have a Windows 7 computer yet but
would like to know if my printer will work on Windows 7, 32 bit or 64 bit?
Maybe Device Doctor works only on the computer on which it is installed? Thanks.

I guess the printer will work in Windows 7, about the same way it used to work in Windows Vista eventhough there was no native Vista driver for your printer, see:

Thanks for your reply Thomas. It looks like I will just have to wait to see
how aggressive HP is in keeping drivers available for older printers.
