I couldn't find anything about language/localisation versions. How will this be? Will you allow users/forum members to do translations?

If yes, and if the process isn't too much difficult, maybe I can translate from English to Brazilian Portuguese.

And by "too much difficult" I mean involving complicated stuff like running other programs or translating a zillion pages text.

I'm not aware of it being planned for the very nearest future, but if internationalization will come into plans later it's likely it will be done the way you outlined.
