Portable app DeviceDoctor

My application from PortableApps.com expects a *.paf.exe file to install a new program on my usb-stick.
I only see DeviceDoctor.exe in the unzipped download from DeviceDoctorPortable.zip: Device Doctor Portable (5.1 MB)
What can I do to install Devicedoctor on my PortableApps?

While I have little knowledge about PortableApps I'm sorry, the portable version shall be easily installable using instructions here:

http://www.devicedoctor.com/device-doctor-portable.php

It doesn't come with an installer but can be simply expanded from the archive to the drive and run from there without the need for installation.
