2 Driver packs were not installed and I was instructed to install manually. But HOW?

You can unpack the driver archive to a folder on the harddrive, then right-click on the .inf file and choose to install. Or, you can run Device Manager in Windows and use Update Driver function for a specific driver you are looking to update. For more details please try to check:
