network error 500

I keep getting a network error 500 this application requires connection to device service.

the machine is surfing the net fine and was just freshly installed also my other computer gives the same error.

Disabled firewalls, nothing is installed yet has lan drivers and surfs normal.

i am also recieving an error says this:This app. needs connection to the driver service. The exact error was 22 The requested url returned error:500 then asks to export havent been able to use this program but have read all about it so hopefully we can get this fixed!!! good job so far!

would the server malfucntion also be causing the "Error 1040, Too many connections" that im getting after i export my results to an "internet enabled computer" and open them?

Just trying to figure this stuff out.
