Access Violation Error

Hi, when I try scanning my computer with Device Doctor, in the middle of the scan it will come up with a pop-up like the attached image. I have tried numerous of times but all resulted in the same problem. I noticed that it always stopped on 'A9X62ILK IDE Controller' (Also seen in the attached image)
