Not a Great Start

So Far many of the drivers downloaded for my Build (windows 7 64 bit Gigabyte/Nvidia ) are failing to install because either Device Doctor has downloaded a 32bit version or a Windows200 version. Is there anyadvice to be had to help resolve this or should I uninstall and get a refund ?
