We didn't see such combination of problems yet (Thomas fighting the panic attack.) Thank you for the report, hopefully it will be useful while testing the new version of Device Doctor.

I'd suggest to use the Device Doctor Portable version from http://www.devicedoctor.com/device-doctor-builds.php instead.

Or you can uninstall the existing installation, then check and delete the data folders (in your application data folder, which might be something like C:\Documents and Settings\YourUserName\Application Data\, you might see one or two folders, Device Doctor and DeviceDoctorSoftware, you can delete both). Then reinstall the standard version and try to run it whether it makes any difference.
