Hi John, Thomas was suggesting an alternative to using Device Doctor which doesn't seem to work for you. The best way to find the right drivers is to look-up manufacturer name and model information directly from your hardware (which may require opening the computer).

Keep in mind that matching drivers is not a 100% exact science and we are constantly improving the database and the matching algorithms.
