DD won't download

What for a security software do you have?
Do you have a default browser setup in your system, and which one is it (IE, Firefox, Opera,...) ?

Chances are your security software is blocking Device Doctor from launching the web browser.

I am using symantec endpoint protection, but i don`t thing this is the problem because it would notify me if it blocks something, and browsers IE8 and firefox last version, and the default is FireFox...

And the only thing that works to download was the update for CPU driver from 1.3.1.0 to 1.3.2.0 that is all, other updates are not downloading...its just closing and not doing anything
