I'm sorry for the hassle. Device driver updates will never be fully reliable, no matter what driver updater do you use (some even recommend to use two or more at a time), different driver updating software will sometimes give different results. Cases like this can happen unfortunately.

What for a warning about driver issues do you get exactly, what's the wording?
