New Device Doctor Bundle

I downloaded Device Doctor on a new laptop because before I also bought Device Doctor Pro for my Toshiba laptop and was happy with it. But now on my new Dell when I want to scan there is an error when the software scans Samsung SSD PM830 2 5 7 and the whole process stops. Is there any way to solve the problem?
