DD not detecting my internet connection

I have only seen the Sep 24 build, too.
What do you get for a problem, program not able to detect internet connection, or it can't download the already identified updates available?
In either way, try to check both your firewall and antispyware or any security suite type of software on your computer.

Device Doctor uses port 80 to connect to the internet (same port as web browsers use), and to download drivers it will pass a download link to your default web browser.

Two most obvious problems that could arise in this respect:
- firewall (or rarely but possibly an antivirus) blocking Device Doctor from accessing internet (and particularly port 80)

- antispyware (or any similar security type of software) preventing Device Doctor from launching your web browser (or passing it a link in case it's running already)
