Hi Sandy,
I'm sorry to hear about the problem, I believe it might be due to the computer running behind a proxy. Have you been asked whether you would like to export your scan to internet enabled computer? If you will choose to export, you can then download the driver files through your web browser (where you open the exported html file containing links to driver files). |
