If that's what you have installed, best I can advise is to user their troubleshooting informations on

Thank you very much. When I check on availability of drivers/software for my printer, the screen I get shows the following. Based on this, it appears there is no update available for my printer. The printer was working fine on XP. The problem arose after we had to replace the XP computer with one with Windows 7. None of the troubleshooting descriptions I have seen so far describe the condition I am experiencing.

Thank you very much.

Support details
Introduction
A full feature software and driver package for Windows 7 is not available for your product. However, the Windows 7 operating system installed on your computer contains a basic driver solution for your product.
With the basic driver, some of the advanced product features are not available. However, using the workaround procedures in this document, you can still print from a software program. You can also import and view images on a memory card, if your product has a memory card slot.
Use the following instructions to install the basic driver in Windows 7, and then review the workaround procedures to use the available features for your product.
