HOW TO CHOOSE THE DEVICE DOCTOR DOWNLOAD DEVICE FOR AUDIO PLAY OF RADIO

Hi everyone:
I'd like to be able to hear online radio on my PC speakers. Also, I'd like to use my speakers when I purchase online classes to hear the instructor. I'm not sure which Device Doctor download device I need to use for this. Is it called Communications Port? That is one that came up after the scan.
