RE: HOW TO CHOOSE THE DEVICE DOCTOR DOWNLOAD DEVICE FOR AUDIO PLAY OF RADIO
There are several possibilities.

If you know what your sound card is, you could download driver for such card directly from the manufacturer. If you don't know, there are number of freeware utilities that scan computer and report the hardware information, one that I could think of is Smart System Info from http://www.pchelpsoft.com/products/ though there are many others.

If you have a brand computer, check the support website of the manufacturer, they will have sound driver downloadable corresponding to the type of your computer.

You can try to run BIOS (on the computer startup, it's possible to enter BIOS by pressing some key....which key is usually advised on a display for at least few seconds while computer is starting up). Then check in BIOS whether sound is not disabled there.

You can try to open Device Manager in Windows (click Start button, Control PAnels, System, Hardware tab, click Device Manager button. There in sound drivers section you can check whether the sound driver isn't actually installed already - it might be just disabled, misconfigured, or there might be some other problem with it - problem is indicated by a different icon, click on such and choose "Properties" from the pop-up menu for more details.
