I am getting the same problem "Update Impossible". I have downloaded version 2 however, there is no way to verify that it is the new rollout because there is no version control bundled in. The product should either say DeviceDoctor 2 in the upper left hand corner and/or provide a help button which shows the build number along with the version number.
I also noticed that support is answering positive messages only and completely ignoring the repeated messages about their currently broken product release. |
