Devicedoctor // freeware????

Hi,
A few days ago I downloaded a program that is called \"Driverdokter\" (http://www.driverdokter.nl)
The strange thing is, that it is exact the same program as Device Doctor, but I had to pay 14,95 Euro\'s for it. A small difference is the name and a dutch translation. The problem is that you first have to pay before you can download it. They don't show screenshots.
I sent a mail to them with the message that I want my money back because this should be freeware, but they said that the payment was for all the work on translation and support to the customers. I think that some people are making profit out of your developers.
Is there a way to take some action against "making money out of freeware"?
