Customer Support - Billing

As a brand new install of your upgraded version, I have contacted customer support twice over the past few days to no avail - I have had serious issues, and no one has responded - please refund my monies immediately - I am unable to use your system - I tried on both my laptop and desktop with Vista OS, and there are several error messages. I have literally zero time to work on any troubleshooting - I work 2 jobs at over 70 + hours each week, and barely have enough time to sleep let alone figure all of these various issues out.......I am one of those professionally unemployed folks that you hear about on tv everyday and this is just one more issue that I don't have time to fiddle with. Your idea is great -there must be something with my systems I am assuming.....please reimburse me - thank you very much. |
