The device I'm looking for is not listed in Device Doctor

Hi,
I have a USB Scanner and want to find its driver. When I plug it in the computer, it appears in the Windows device manager as USB device (Win XP). I performed the Device Doctor scan, but there is nothing in the results about a scanner or USB device. All listed results are for devices that are already installed and working fine, and I'm not looking for their updates at the moment. However, I want to know the exact name of the scanner while Device Doctor doesn't identify it and doesn't list it.
Any one have a help?
