First time user with Intel chipset driver problem

I am just using Device Doctor for the first time and the first driver I'm installing is Intel® ICH10 Family 2 port Serial ATA Storage Controller 2 - 3A26 (4d36e96a-e325-11ce-bfc1-08002be10318)

My motherboard is a Gigabyte P43-ES3G

When I have unpacked this driver archive, inside the folder is an AsusSetup.exe file, now there is another file called setup.exe but I'm a bit reluctant to run that, as it appears to me I could be asking for trouble if, as I'm suspecting, this driver is for an Asus M/B, without asking for advice first.

So any help is eagerly requested, before I proceed further.
