Sorry for late reply. You can try to download directly from the manufacturer of the graphics card (http://support.amd.com/us/Pages/AMDSupportHub.aspx), if not available (which is completely possible for laptop graphics card), you can check Toshiba support website whether an earlier model in the Toshiba Satellite line with same graphics card has ATI display driver for XP downloadable (on Toshiba support website).
