Sound driver (SigmaTel)

i just used device doctor and downloaded a new audio driver. it did not work and now i'm stuck with no sound
what to do? i tried download the old one from dell, but they don't have it, only some rubish that is not ment for my computer. (also look it up at google)

anyone that can help me?
