Direct X 9.0c compatible graphics card

thanks, i have been trying for a little longer than a week to find out what was wrong or how i can fix it or if i should just give up on it. I have asked plenty of people about this and you was the first and quickest to give me feedback. At first i thought it was the game but i found out the 3rd day that it was the card I have been working so hard to try to update it looking up youtube videos...... but thanks for the feedback.
