I'm sorry for the issue, there seems to be some temporary website problem with this function that we are investigating, I'll post here once fixed.

In the meantime, you can try to use the latest standard (not portable) version of Device Doctor, from http://www.devicedoctor.com/device-doctor-download.php
It will open the links in your web browser for each driver selected, that you can copy-paste and download from these on another computer with internet connection.
