something strange,,, :'(

hello there!
i'm using lenovo ideapad S10-3 notebook,, but there's something strange when using device doctor,, well,, the resolution of device doctor in my notebook screen was very big,, therefore i can't click "download driver" button under side,, i have changed resolution of my notebook, rotare it, and nonsense,,, any suggestion?? thanks before,,
