Access Violation Error

Hi, when I try scanning my computer with Device Doctor, in the middle of the scan it will come up with a pop-up like the attached image. I have tried numerous of times but all resulted in the same problem. I noticed that it always stopped on 'A9X62ILK IDE Controller' (Also seen in the attached image)

Hi, you can try to restart Windows, if that will not help then also to reinstall Device Doctor and close any other software running before attempting next scan.
