Access Violation

I am trying to use Device dr for the first time and keep getting Access Violation at address 005023E8 in module "Device Doctor.exe" read of address 0080000,

What can I do about this, so that I can execute device dr?

Please try to reinstall the program.

One possibility is a conflict with some other software - you can try to close all other software running, and grant Device Doctor full rights in any security application you might be running on your computer (antivirus typically).
