Cannot finish scan?

It won't let me finish the scan when I use it. Continuous same error message. Anyone know how to fix this? Thanks in advance!

I have the same issue....Any Idea of he cause and a resolution?

Please close all other software running before starting the scan.
Also grant the program full system rights in your security software (antivirus, program guard,...).
Windows restart might help in case it's a temporary problem.
