Refund of Device Doctor Pro payment

I recently upgraded to Device Driver Pro. I subsequently realised that the upgrade fee was not worth the money to me & that the free basic version is fine for my purposes & is an excellent product in itself.

I emailed you a couple of days ago to ask for a refund & have heard nothing back from you. Also on your website there is no email address to send you a pdf copy of my Safe Cart receipt to expedite a refund.

Please could you look into this. The transaction was with Safe Cart on 3rd December 2011 & was in the sum of $47.88 USD. Please can you refund this to me asap.
