I run the scanner, click update driver and get the message Update Impossible! Any ideas?

I have same experience. No matter which recommended update I choose, DD gives me the same "Update Impossible" message. What's the deal?

I have same problem (same error message) .....in the same period...??????? Any solutions?

I am getting the same problem "Update Impossible". I have downloaded version 2 however, there is no way to verify that it is the new rollout because there is no version control bundled in. The product should either say DeviceDoctor 2 in the upper left hand corner and/or provide a help button which shows the build number along with the version number.

I also noticed that support is answering positive messages only and completely ignoring the repeated messages about their currently broken product release.
