I´ve have tried by rebooting my PC in the last two days and with the same results. Also, unfortunately, the website of the manufacturer does not have any info for this specific device and when trying to get to the driver-download section, it redirects you to a paid-service website for drivers (which personally I think it is kind of as*holish of them by not giving free support for their devices).

Anyway, this is a forum and maybe somebody else has this same problem (and has solved it hopefully!) and share their experiences.

One thing I would like to ask: Device-Doctor attempts to download a file but gives me an unexplained error. It would be helpful if you include in the program a logfile where you can know the specific problem encountered with the download. Also, it would be nice to have the option to "download manually" the driver that Device-Doctor is trying to install.
